Installation Information
Manufacturers recommendation is to secure to concrete
If fixing to a wall only and there is skirting board behind this should be removed
Once you have chosen a suitable location, mark the holes through the safe
Remove the safe and use a suitable drill bit and an electric drill to make holes
Place the safe back into position, insert the supplied bolts and tighten to secure the safe
If fixing to a wooden floor is your only option you will need different bolts - try to locate a joist
We advise confirming with your insurer if securing to a wooden floor

A: Generally, we pack our goods in color boxes. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes once we get your authorization letter.

A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.01%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new ones with new order, Or we can discuss the solutions.
